The registration fee covers the conference materials, such as the abstract and proceedings e-book, participation certificate, participation in all sessions, refreshments during the coffee breaks, and the right to take part in the edited international e-books that will be published in May 2025 by IJOPEC Publication (http://ijopec.co.uk/) with ISBN. If the co-authors want to benefit from these services, they should register the conference as “co-author” and pay 20 euros each. The registration fee includes only the submission and presentation of one paper. The second paper is 50% discounted, provided that the first author is the same person.

Participants from partner universities and institutions pay a 20 percent reduced fee. Partner Universities are: Beykoz University,  Felician University, Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas, Panteion University, Greek Association of Political Economy, VUZF University, Georgian Technical University, South East European University, IRES Piemonte, İstanbul Okan University, Kinnaird College for Women, Kırklareli University, Marmara University, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, Silesian University, Technical University of Ostrava, University of Belgrade, Kültür University, Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia Ltd, Ankara University, and Westminister University. Organising Committee members pay 50€ as the fee.

It is possible to participate in the Conference with a maximum of two papers. At least one author of the paper should register for the conference and present the paper with multiple authors. You will receive an acceptance letter within 5 days after submission based on your abstract (between 150 and 250 words) or full paper (between 2500 and 3500 words, including the abstract and references). You will receive the receipt and an invitation letter upon the payment.

It is advised early bird payment for our participants.

Cancellation:

A full refund will be given for cancellations received until October 15, 2024. The cancellation fee is 20 euros. No refund will be given for cancellations received after November 15, 2024.

All participants, paper presenters, or observers should register by November 15th, 2024 In order to register for ICOPEC 2024, please;

• Complete the ICOPEC 2024 Registration Form (http://www.icopec.org/registration-form/) online
• If you do not pay the Registration Fee for ICOPEC 2024, you will be dropped out of the conference program.
• The Early Bird registration fee for a non-employed person is 50 EURO (or 1800TL).
• If you pay in Turkish Lira, you can use the EURO rate as 36TL.
• There will be no discount for the students and research assistants after early bird registration day. Credit cards are not accepted.
